Where are Atelier Juliet letters made?
We work with specialty printing houses located in London, U.K. to produce the highest quality products.
Orders
What will I receive in the order?
Each order contains one card and one envelope, to write a letter. The package also contains a pre-paid postage label to return the shipping box to us.
Will you ever read my letter?
No! Your letter is private, only to be read by you.
When will I receive my letter in the future?
We will keep your letter safe and send it back to you after one year.
Where will I receive my letter in the future?
You will receive your letter on the address, written on the front of the envelope. If you wish to change the address, please get in touch with us.
Can I cancel the future delivery of my letter?
Yes! Simply reach out to us at hello@atelier-juliet.com to let us know.

Where are your orders shipped from?
All items are packed with love and care and shipped from our facility in London, U.K.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all of our order come with Royal Mail tracking. If you have not received tracking information, kindly reach out to us at hello@atelier-juliet.com
How much does shipping cost?
We have included a free shipping option which will take 2 to 4 business days.
If you would like to receive your order sooner, an express option of £3.95 will take 1 to 2 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
If you would like to receive your letter in a different country in a year, please let us know at hello@atelier-juliet.com and we’ll arrange the shipping.
What is your return policy?
Your letters are private and unique to you, so they are not eligible for returns or refunds. If you have experienced an issue with your order, please let us know at hello@atelier-juliet.com.
